This is normal... :-)
You can try http://www.linux-mandrake.com/en/72beta_mkcd.sh
but does not work... or you have to change something in the script (
under "do not modify" :))) ) or have to copy same missing files in
your /usr/bin. Anyway this script does not work for me, I always get
an error about "gencompslist at line 6 ($)" ( or something like ) this
I'm not a perl programmer, don't know how to correct this error :-(
Same problem on explanation about "rsync", "wget" and "mirror".
Mandrake does not include in the distribution mirror but mirrordir...
also, downloading the mirror package using the link on the web I can
get some old scripts ( on the web mirror is presented as a new way to
get a mirror ).
Some suggestion:
Is possible to add on the web pages a complete description of the use of
mirror,mirrordir,wget,rsync?
After some time I finally get rsync to work just tonight, but since
not all the people around have the time to read every man page...
