It's using the 100dpi fonts probably ("xdpyinfo" will tell you, unless
this is changed in 4.01), if edit-->prefrences-->fonts in
netscape doesn't change it to your liking, try a "startx --75dpi"
(IIRC) to load the smaller fonts, or uninstall:
XFree86-100dpi-fonts-4.0.1-18mdk.i586.rpm
