[Cooker] Failed/missing depedencies check in pybliographer-1.0.4-1mdk (from Cooker/Contrib)

Hi

I got pybliographer-1.0.4-1mdk. I found that it requires librecode.so.0
installed to run propely (provided by recode rpm package).   My box did not
have it installed (I've fixed it), and the rpm or kpackage did not complain
about it. Also, rpm -q --provides does not show what pybliographer provides.
