Maybe (e.g. not sure) in the future. Actually it was included in
historical installation program of Redhat, and pixel disactivated it,
probably mainly for disk-space purpose..
Actually it's not so much important since 99% of our users use cdrom
install. And the rest 1% while using ftp install is probably "geek enough"
to know how to mess with a us-keyboard layout on their i18n'ed keyboard..
