Try to issue as root:
# modprobe snd-card-ymfpci
If it works add this line to your /etc/modules.conf
alias sound-slot-0 snd-card-ymfpci
If it doesn't work try to see in your BIOS if anything is blocking (e.g.
unselect option PNP OS INSTALLED).
