Hi!

I just updated a whole bunch of packages on my system, among these were
initscripts, gdm, gnome and some kde packages. Now when I try to login with
gdm or kdm, it tells me that I cannot login. Logging in with normal text
console works fine.

In /var/log/{secure,auth.log} appear these lines:

==> ./secure <==
Sep 30 00:55:31 teich pam_stack[4168]: not passing PAM_SERVICE back up to parentSep 30
00:55:31 teich pam_stack[4168]: not passing PAM_USER back up to parent
Sep 30 00:55:31 teich pam_stack[4168]: not passing PAM_TTY back up to parent
Sep 30 00:55:31 teich pam_stack[4168]: not passing PAM_CONV back up to parent

==> ./auth.log <==

Any ideas what's broken?

Found out myself. I updated pam to pam-0.72-11mdk and now it works. I
would still like to know which package caused this error, so that a
Requires: pam >= 0.72-11mdk could be inserted in the spec of that package.
