Can someone point to me to instructions/hints/or a how-to on how to modify
the mandrake installer/boot disks to use a custom compiled kernel?

I've got an ASUS A7V and need to see the ATA-100 devices during the install.

I've got a kernel with Andre's ATA patches that can see those devices
properly - that kernel needs to somehow be inserted into the install process
so that I can see all 3 drives and install it how I want it.

Thanks for any tips/pointers.
