No, and this has been fixed also so that it does it silently.
However, it is better than the old method where if you tried to
upgrade multiple packages one after the other manually (ie. rpm -Fvh
kernel-utils*; rpm -Fvh kernel-docs*), it would crap out after the
first one if it couldn't obtain an exclusive lock.
