Hello all;
Please forgive if this has been suggested before but I am one of
those living at the end of a very slow internet connection.
I would like to suggest that the disk partition and package selection
be switched. As an inexperience user, how do I know how big to make each
partition until I have selected the package I want to install. It would be
better for me to select say 20% free space, then select the packages and have
the install program figure out how large each partition should be. Of course I
should be presented with the suggested disk partition and allow to change it if
I do not like what the install program suggested.
My problem is that there is no way for me to know how big I need each
parttion until after I have picked the packages I want to install. Also a
column with installed package size would allow me to decide if I really want
that 50 Meg package on my system.
