It probably changed httpd.conf back to default.  You would have to
re-enable allow all, I think for /home/*/public_html/.  I don't remember
the exact coding.  If there is an httpd.conf.rpmsave or something you
could just change the filename back.  I've found that anytime I've
upgraded Apache.
