[Cooker] PPP with kernel 2.4

2 problems:

with new gcc I cannot compile kernel 2.2.17 ( also tried with plain kernel source )

with kernel 2.4 I have this problem and need some tips:

ppp cannot load/find "tty-ldisc-3" ???
