This is only if you have an urpmi medium installed from a source.
Look at urpmi.addmedia and urpmi.removemedia man pages.
the files are located in /var/lib/urpmi and you should find
hdlist*.cz and depslist.ordered and compss files here, updated according to
medium added or removed or updated.
