not true, gnupg was compiled on a machine who are updated in frozen not in
cooker, where the CFLAGS is still :

(chmou@no)[~]-% rpm --eval %optflags
-O3 -fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -s -march=pentium -ffast-math -fexpensive-optimizations
