[Cooker] What package provides /usr/bin/gcc

# rpm -qf /usr/bin/gcc
file /usr/bin/gcc is not owned by any package

The reason I noticed this is that I did an upgrade, but  due to
shortage of space I removed /usr first, and as a result I didn't
get this file (any many others eg. KDE *.desktop files) during
the upgrade.

Upgrade should really install missing files.
