[Cooker] little trouble with no_rsync.pl

Had to cancel out of a download earlier and I'm getting this error now:

/cooker/mandrake-devel/cooker/Mandrake/RPMS/
push_dir .: Permission denied (3)
unexpected EOF in read_timeout

Looks like it's on my end, but I'm fairly new to using rsync. So, if Ron or 
anyone else has any suggestions feel free to respond to this or my personal 
email address.
