Sorry about the length of time to reply, I needed some translation.
I will try and answer your questions here:
1. Hidden directories: If you click on the View ---->Show Hidden Files (and
this will definatly be different if your konqi speaks French) the hidden
files and directories will show.
2. The ctrl-c and ctrl-v work exactly like you describe. Right click on the
file, then either select Copy or do a ctrl-c. Now switch to the new directory
and right click for paste or do a ctrl-v. It will copy. If you use control-x
instead of the ctrl-c it will move the file.
3. On the toolbar at the top of the windows there is a refresh icon, it is
right to the right of the home icon (house). Click on the window you want to
refresh and click the refresh button. This should update the directories.
