I'm afraid you are not alone :) I have already organised an install party for beginners with LM 7.2 beta3 and it has been well appreciated. I encountered few bugs (like a S3 Virge DX not being autodetected), and I really hope that the final release will be as bug free as possible. Let's cross fingers.
