Hello!
I've just installed 7.2 (beta?) on a Pentium III - 600 MHz, 20GB of HD, 256
MB of RAM... When I tryed to boot up the system, just after the prompt "Lilo
Boot:", I can see:
Booting Linux...........
Uncompressing the kernel........
crc error ----
--- System is halted
Nothing more! :��(
If I boot with the "rescue" floppy, it works fine, even if it take 5 minutes to
uncompress the kernel...
Someone can help me?? I really can't understand what's that "crc error" that
makes the system hang-up
