It means that you need to install nessus-plugins BEFORE nessus. Fixing this
right away, thanks for your report. to fix this now, a "/etc/init.d/nessusd
restart" should work.

Did you create a nessus user as root with nessus-adduser? nessus does not
use the linux user base, so that's your fault (no offense intended at all!)
