You want:
rsync -avv --partial --progress --stats \
sunsite.uio.no::Mandrake/iso/Mandrake72-inst.iso \
/home/stephen/Mandrake72-inst.iso

To find out the modules just do:
rsync sunsite.uio.no::

To find out the files say in the iso dir do:
rsync -a sunsite.uio.no::Mandrake/iso/
