hey,
I started quake3 today and it failed and then X switched the resolution to
something weird, my screen was moving when the got the cursor to the end of
the monitor. The whole desktop didn't fit the monitor. Anyway I got that
fixed. Btw I have a voodoo2, most probably this happened because I must have
screwed up when installing the voodoo2 drivers. When I was done fixing the
resolution I noticed my gnome menu was gone. When I click on the gnome foot
logo all I see is add panel, log out and that's it. All the application
shortcuts are gone. Then I started kde2 and the menu was still intact in
kde2 but the menu wasn't in gnome.
What should I do?
I am using LM72 final.
