so much for dependencies ... :-(
Second: On the one system installing in "expert" mode I got the following:
trying to install some packages I received an error message from rpm stating
this package depends on /sbin/ldconfig .. sure /sbin/ldconfig has been there
but there has not been any entry in rpmdb (not even after --rebulddb ..)
Additionaly I received the following:
[root@test1 /root]# rpm -qa | grep libc
[root@test1 /root]#
. o 0 ( oops .. )
sure glibc has been the first packet installation had installed ...
Third: about the failed dhcpdc:
It crashes with SIGILL ...
(Same effect both on RTL8139 and 3c59x)
Period....
Installing from Cooker ... VERSION says: "...20001029 13:33"
Ought to be 7.2, not?
