[Cooker] X take too many ressources and hangup problem next ->

Hi all  ,
after , I've decided  to reinstall the 7.2 and to not change any parameter :
       it also freeze...
But with the help of top I've see the coupable  : it's X that renice it'self 
to 19-20 and take all the cpu after what it froze it .
Don't know what to do.....
how  could I limit the cpu & priorities to X ????
what should I do on this type of situation ?
