In this Boycott / Support thread what is needed is to give a uniform
complete map
of hardware in some coherent fashion on a single site ie
Drives | I/O devices | keyboards/ mice| Video cards /devices | network
and communications ....
with a uniform rating say in ROYGBIV order
Red : OEM Hostile no drivers
Orange : OEM hostile drivers in progress/ driver force hacked
Yellow : Binary drivers only > link to download
Green : open source driver
Blue : oem supports driver / oem has written| helped with user util
Indigo: Driver is part of kernel (linus version)
Violet : OEM supported Kernel driver /OEM employs Linux Kernel
