[Cooker] old libstdc++ dependancies still?

I hate to keep harping on about this but this issue appears to have
stagnated.  Is there any effort being put into recompiling everything
that is still dependant on libstdc++-2.95.2-12mdk?  Those of us that
want to upgrade our favorite packages that have already been compiled
with and are dependant on libstdc++-2.96-0.15mdk can't.  Well not
without shoehorning them in with a --nodeps and making a symlink anyway.

Any progress update would be much appreciated.
