Hi all ,
  I wanna tell u about Arts sound problems .
  By default XMMS doesn't use Arts to output sound 
  (u have to add xmms - aRts plugins) so when for example u use Licq .
   Licq doesn't get the possibility to play sound so it will queues all sound
   and play them a moment after XMMs is stoped .
  could this issue resolved or put the arts plugin fo XMMS ?
