[Cooker] Mdk 7.2: ownership of devices (/dev/*)

Mandrake 7.2 gives the ownership of many devices to the first user
even if the security level is high! This should not happen. I think
that better sollution is to give rw permissions to the group, so that
root can easily give wanted permissions to the users.
