First tests on 2.4.0-0.1

ACPI is broken. It does not compile
Alsa has problems on the src.rpm. It fails some linkings to isapnp
headers. On the other side, while compiling from kernel-source, Alsa has
problems initializing the card.
tvaudio.o module fails dependencies

Compiled on gcc 2.96 + glibc 2.2.

and a note. I think that having headers independently from the orginal
tree is "bad idea" (TM). I have seen during the years several attempts
to give a more beautiful view of the surrealistic links asm&linux. At
least, on Slackware there were a few moves on that side. However it is
enough to have a kernel with some "new features" to break everything
down. Many people may not be aware of the situation and consequently
fail miserably on compiling their programs.

Sincerly I would strongly recomend not to do the move. Having duplicates
of one and the same group of kernel headers can be of deadly
consequences. Just imagine a small patch in a filesystem...
