Apologies if this is a repeat message; the original post still hasn't come
through to me yet (after ~8 hours):

Just installed 7.2 on a nice new machine. Everything seems to be working
so far (congrats to all involved!), apart from one small problem: the
auto_inst.cfg file (for replication) is too large to fit on the
replication floppy. It's a network installation, so the problem is really
caused by the sheer size of network.rdz.

Here is the listing of the floppy created by "Create Auto Install Floppy":

total 1436
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 44032 Nov 17 21:35 auto_inst.cfg*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 118 Nov 18 2000 boot.msg*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 132 Nov 18 2000 ks.cfg*
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 6892 Sep 12 16:40 ldlinux.sys*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 918252 Oct 23 18:46 network.rdz*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1425 Nov 18 2000 syslinux.cfg*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 495806 Oct 23 18:46 vmlinuz*

The correct size of auto_inst.cfg (i.e. the size of /root/auto_inst.cfg.pl
is 55000.

The installer did *not* generate any errors - I discovered this only
because I checked the auto_inst.cfg file manually before doing the
post-install reboot. I checked all the installation text consoles as
well, and there were no error messages there either.

This is using the first 7.2final ISO images.
