Not of any use here : libkdeui.so.3 is part of kdelibs
Better mention which version of kdelibs package you are using : rpm -q
kdelibs
Check also you if have these file present on your HD :
/usr/lib/libkdeui.so.3
/usr/lib/libkdeui.so.3.0.0
