Glibc is said to be binary compatible, at least ... well anyway, samba 2.2 alpha1
is out, you can download it from ftp://ftp.samba.org and I wonder how well it
works as far as fixing this problem goes.

Also if you set your debug level higher it might reveal something about why it's
not working. Usually a debug level of 10 will do, but anything higher than 3 is
extremely cryptic , maybe I cannot read it...
