Hello,
KDE 2.1 taskbar does some very odd things when launching apps. I dragged and
dropped the following apps. from the /usr/bin directory on to the task bar.
They all fail to launch in the following way.
kppp - fails to launch at all
kmail - launches a new message window ! I didn't even know you could launch a
new message window without launching the main kmail first !!!
gftp - launches, but then disappears / crashes / ceases to be.
All these apps. launch fine from a konsole command line (or I wouldn't be
sending this !).
