I assume that you know that the RPM database does not exist (as far as RPM v.4.0 is concerned) after a fresh install of Cooker. You can't install or freshen (update) any apps because RPM can't find anything installed. Like I said, I'm sure you know about this, but I just don't know why it hasn't been fixed. This just happened of course after the introduction of RPM 4.0. If you revert back to 3.5 (I think that's the ver number prior to 4.0), it finds the database just fine. Regards, Bill
