hello just wanted to try out LM 7.2, i d/l all the files from the mirror instead of the iso, as i dont have the cd-r here, so after i got all the files, btw i have checked the files many many times, then i went to raw dos then went to the mandrake dir and e:/mandrake/dosutils/autoboot/mdkinst/harddisk then it told me error, please specify image file, grr, then i went on to edit harddisk.bat and put my path correctly e:/mandrake/boot/ for loadlin and hd.rdz then it loaded correctly only to give me another error vfs: cannot open root device 08:06 kernel panic: vfs: unable to mount root vfs on 08:06 any one know how to get this LM7.2 installed, i am running LM 7.2 beta 3 for so long havent had any problem, one more thing during the start up i see idebus=33 set default, but i have idebus 66, where and how do i change that ?? during installation and after installation? thanks -- ================================= CrazyCrusoe HackerD00D http://members.linuxstart.com/~openweb/ =================================
