[Cooker] Packagers: effort to update packages (dependancies)?

Dear packagers,

Shal we start an effort to correct the numerous BuildRequires and
Requires fields in the .spec files that have become incorrect after the
latest "lib policy"? Can this perhaps be automated? I'd love to help,
but I need your help too and that is getting the changes through
quickly. What do you think? Go for it?
