[Cooker] That PERL language error

Hello,

        I remember seeing a while ago a fix for the error:

perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = "en".
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LC_MESSAGES = "en_US",

        etc.

but haven't been able to find it.  Am running what I think is the latest
version of Cooker.

        Thanks in advance for helping me get unconfused and less bewildered.
