Ok, for this one, the problem is different, you have a prerequisite loop between
glibc and bash (?) which should have been fixed for some days.

Nothing can be done to workaround this problem, you have to wait new packages or
new DrakX (disabling this checks).

For Franco, the too long process to select the packages to upgrade is about
rebuilding the database (there are some modifications to do in
/usr/lib/rpm/macros) to improve this operation. And the only error I can get is about
"a provided package cannot be a base package" which does not kill the installer.
