In fact, it's chkconfig --add that is desactivated when choosing msec
custom option 'prevents rpm from automatically adding new services'.Not
a very happy choice, as you can't neither anually use this command in
this case. Maybe it would be better to prevents rpm to launch it, rather
than disabling it ?
