On a non pnp card, pnpdump'll create a near-to-empty file (with only
comments) and isapnp'll do nothing. however, the odds are low that you
can find an old non-pnp isa card.
The problem is that it's difficult to detect an ISA card. Now we can
use /proc/isapnp but has someone time & interest to do it ? gc ?
For PCI cards, i regularly update the pcitable{,pm} of Drakx whenever
a new driver is added.
