Hi, I try your RPM for mandrake 7.2 and I found that ksysctrl is missing in the
distribution,

I suspect that my change to ksysctrl are the reason for that (ksysctrl is now a
kcontrol module and some other change like ksysctrl now use the same format for
pci.ids than pciutils) so it need to be installed in
applnk/Configuration/KDE/System (for example). This is a easy fix in the spec
files I things I dont even need to tell you what to do.

kdedesktop2mdkmenu.pl kdeadmin
Configuration/KDE/System$RPM_BUILD_ROOT/usr/share/ksysctrl.desktop
$RPM_BUILD_ROOT/usr/lib/menu/ksysctrl
