libncurses5-devel provides ncurses-devel.

I fixed this by adding the path of the library to the libpath... then at
least it'll run... (got to put some more time into wine... When ABN-AMRO
homenet runs on it I'm a lot closer getting everything legal (& ditching
windoze)....
