[Cooker] KDE2: click on link start Quanta+

Hi!

Under KDE2 when I clic on a link displays in an application (a URL in a 
message with Kmail, Knode, etc) it's Quanta+ which launches out
has the Konqueror place!
It is rather painful, somebody does it have a solution?
