I thought some of you might find this useful...
After seeing Leon Brooks' post about the TransmitInterlude patch for OpenSSH
at http://chaos2.org./~jacob/code/openssh/, I ported the patch to the
latest OpenSSH and built an RPM from it. I too think that the patch is very
useful to defeat IP NAT timeouts.
Also, based on my own bugfix for a klogd issue (busy loop on zero byte
output from kernel, see my post to linux-kernel for more details), I
produced an updated Mandrake RPM with that patch.
All RPMs are made for and tested with Mandrake 7.2, patches, sources and
binaries are available at http://www.thule.no/~troels/code
