[Cooker] Which starting script use for this ?

Hello cooker Gurus.
I want to automatically enable the binfmt kernel module at startup. I have
to modprobe the module, then cat some strings in /proc filesystem.
Which starting script is recommanded for this (mandrake.everytime ?
rc.local ?), and how to add/remove corresponding lines in %pre/%preun part
of a rpm spec file ?
