I'm not sure to be on the right mailing list to ask this question, if not, I
apologize.
I'd like to burn an installation-CD with the packages I want, and no more.
I had a first look, it seems that the packages to install, and their
description are in a file *.cz (one file for each CD), in the base/ directory.
These files are compressed, (zcat uncompress them), but are nor
human-readable.
My questions are :
- If I want to remove a package from the installation CD, do I just need to
remove the matching entry in the .cz file ??
- if I want to add a package to the installation CD, do I just need to create
an entry for it ine the .cz file ??
- Is there any doc that describes the format for these .cz files ?
