[Cooker] No SCSI CD-ROM in kernel-2.4.0-6mdk

Hi,

i have a Adaptec 2940UW and connected 2 cdrom's  -3 hd's
installed cooker with kernel-2.4.0-6mdk and 
the hd are ok but i can't mount my cdrom.
mount /dev/cdom ...
mount /dev/sr0 ...
mount /dev/scd0 ....
No such device
This happens since the first precompiled Mandrake Kernel i used.
Any idea??
