The advantage (and the problem) is that it is an ISA modem. Advantage:
it is a real modem, not a winmodem (such as the majority of PCI modems).
The problem: it is an ISA one, perhaps a bit difficult to find these days...
But it can be configured to be PnP, or fixed in an interrupt-ioport pair.
