[Cooker] is something wrong with mandrake CVS?

I cannot connect to the cvs site. I get connection timed out.

CVSROOT=:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/cvs/cooker

this has been working fine for a while, it stopped working yesterday.
