[Cooker] Mandrakesoft CVS site

I cannot connect to the cvs site. I get connection timed out.

CVSROOT=:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/cvs/cooker

this has been working fine for a while, it stopped working couple of days ago.
