If you're just starting with ALSA, there's a readme in the kernel source tree 
that tells you how to create the device files.  The reason I say this is the 
line:
Could not open sequencer Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type

That suggests to me that you may not have the correct devices for alsa.
